Longmeadow is a comfortable home in the first part of the countryside outside of Chichester.  Pine Grove is a quiet no through road with pleny of off road parking. 

I have been running a bed and breakfast here for over 20 years and have enjoyed very much guests staying here.  There is always a very warm welcome awaiting our guests.

A delicious hearty breakfast is always served in the dining room or on the patio in the better weather. 

There is also a very pleasant garden which runs away from the house down to a stream and woodland.
