Fishing:
There is some excellent course fishing in and around Chichester with local gravel pits and the Chichester Canal containing very large carp, pike, tench etc.
There is also trout fishing close by with local lakes only two miles away from here and also in Arundel and Duncton not far away.
Sea fishing too is very popular on our local beaches with some large bass being caught at Selsey especially and also it is possible to get boat fishing trips out from Chichester Harbour.

Golf:
There are two golf courses at Goodwood, the Downs and the Park courses which are both open to members. From April 4th the Park course is "open" to visitors.
The Park course was designed by the renowned golf architect Donald Steel in 1987 the 18 hole course winds itself effortlessly around the grounds of the Goodwood estate.
From the back tees the course extends to 6,650 yards but despite its length it is a very easy course to walk, and presents some interesting challenges not least many of the course's small and tightly guarded greens.
A round of golf on the Park course starts at just £25 per round.
The Chichester Golf Club has two 18 hole courses, a pitch and putt course and crazy golf. The club is situated just south of Chichester about 3 miles along the Selsey road.
